WHO CREATED THE BALL POINT PEN?
Writing has become part of our every day life and so ball point pens are a necessity in our every day life. We write with it, sign with it, draw with it, design with it, and even paint with it!!!
But who invented this very useful tool?😼...................................

    • Before the ballpoint pen came into fashion, the fountain pen was used to draw ink from an internal reservoir so that a person could write or draw on a piece of paper or another surface.
    • Lewis Waterman opened up the possibility of portable pens with his invention of a practical fountain pen in 1884

    • The first patent for a ballpoint pen was issued on 30 October 1888, to John J. Loud an American banker who was attempting to make a writing instrument that would be able to write "on rough surfaces-such as wood, coarse wrapping-paper, and other  articles
    • László Bíró, a Hungarian newspaper editor successfully produced a pen which stores ink in a tube with a new tip consisting of a ball that was free to turn in a socket, and as it turned it would pick up ink from the tube and then roll to deposit it on the paper.
    •  Billions of pens are sold daily worldwide and most times the first thing people write with a new pen is their name
